Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-volume times (sales, holidays, or special launches), processing may take slightly longer—but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer both domestic and international shipping.

U.S. Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

International Shipping

  • Delivery times vary by destination and can take 7–21 business days, depending on your country and local customs processes.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships, so you can follow your package.

Local Delivery or Pickup (Optional)

From time to time, we may offer local delivery or in-person pickup at pop-ups or events in the Bronx and NYC area. Availability will be listed at checkout or announced via email and social media.

Shipping Delays

Once your order is with the carrier, we no longer have control over transit delays. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at kingenergyonly@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to help.

Incorrect Shipping Info

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you need to make a change, email us at kingenergyonly@gmail.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to catch it before your order ships.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but can’t be located, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right.
