Return & Exchange Policy

At King Energy Only, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, unburned, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return, email us at kingenergyonly@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide further instructions.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at kingenergyonly@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Items not in their original condition

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (once approved), and place a new order for the desired product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with other returns, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
